Do you like to eat? There are so many delicious foods that sometimes it is difficult to decide what to eat. Let's share here the best of the Brazilian cuisine.

    My favorite snack is
    "pão de queijo" (Cheese bread)

    A famous bread from the state of Minas Gerais. Unusual in that the recipe calls for manioc starch (polvilho) rather than wheat flour. Leavening is from steam during baking, similar to the way eclairs are leavened. These rolls do not hold well and are best consumed while warm, directly from the oven. In Brazil these rolls would be made with Queijo de Minas, a mild, white cheese similar to Muenster in texture - but quite different in taste. They are addictive.

    16 ounces Manioc starch (polvilho)
    1/2 cup Sunflower seed oil
    3/4 cup lowfat milk
    3 eggs, large
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    1-3/4 cups Mild cheddar, grated

    Bring milk and oil to a boil in a small saucepan. Add to the manioc. Mix and allow to cool a little. Incorporate the eggs, one at a time. Add the cheese and blend well.

    Divide into pieces the size of a walnut or small plum. Place a little oil on the hands and round dough into balls. Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees Farenheit until done, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve warm.

    3cupy manioc grate
    1cup by milk
    1tablespoon ferment
    2eggs
    3cupps by flour by wheat.

    mix all to the cake oil hot.

    it serves with cup by juice.

  3. BUTTER

    1 kg sugar
    1 tablespoon (tea) of sodium bicarbonate
    3 liters of whole milk

    How to prepare:
    Mix in a large pot 3 liters of whole milk, 1 kg of sugar and 1 tablespoon (tea) of sodium bicarbonate. Take cooking, and so boil, reduce the heat. Cook for 3 hours and 45 minutos.es CUT.

    ~One a can Condensed milk
    ~One a can cream
    ~One a box of Bis
    ~One envelope unflavored gelatin

    • Hydrate gelatin as indicated packaging . Join the other ingredients and beat in blender.
    mild to cool .

    Ingredients

    # 1 can sweetened condensed milk
    # 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
    # 7 tablespoons of chocolate milk and 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
    # Chocolate sprinkles to make balls
    How to prepare

    # Place in a deep pot condensed milk, margarine and cocoa powder.

    # Cook over medium heat and stir without stopping with a wooden spoon.

    # Cook until Brigadier start unglued from the pan.

    # Allow to cool and then grease your hands with margarine to make the balls and wrap them in chocolate sprinkles.

    INGREDIENTS
    Sprinkle
    CONDENSED MILK


    Moisten the flour with water until it resembles very grainy. On a heated skillet, spend a lot of manioc flour in a sieve. With the heat of the fire, the manioc flour is cooked, forming a disk.

    Detach the pan and turn to fry the other side. Place the cassava bread still warm in a dish, pass butter, roll and serve immediately.

    Repeat this until you finish all crumbly.

    * 1 condensed milk can
    * 1 can of milk cream
    * 1 bottle of maracujá juice

  8. Cow Bogged

    Ingredients

    *1 kg of beef rib
    *3 cloves garlic
    *1 tablespoon salt
    *1 tablespoon paprika
    *1 scoop fat pig
    *2 liters of water
    * Juice of 1 lemon
    *1 cup of rum
    *3 medium onions
    *1 bay leaf
    *1 bunch of parsley and chives
    * Pepper to taste
    * Cassava cooked to taste

    Preparation:

    Put water to boil with the lemon and rum.
    Add the ribs and simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Drain and rinse.
    Book.
    Heat the fat and add he garlic to brown.
    Add the paprika and let ribs brown.
    Stir always.
    Put water to cook slowly to form a broth.
    Setting the seasoning, add the whole onions,bay,leaf,parsley and chives.
    Keep the pot covered up for cooking.
    Separately,cook the cassava into pieces, drain and add the ribs.Boil to get the taste and thicken the broth

  9. Receita: Pão de Mel com Sorvete

      Ingredientes desta receita
      Ingredientes Para a Massa:
      2 xícaras (chá) de leite
      1 xícara (chá) de açúcar mascavo
      1 colher (chá) de canela em pó
      1 colher (café) de cravo-da-índia em pó
      6 colheres (sopa) de mel
      1 xícara (chá) de chocolate em pó
      2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
      1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó

      Ingredientes para o Recheio:
      ½ pote de sorvete de creme

      Ingredientes Para a Cobertura:
      400g de chocolate meio-amargo
      1 xícara (chá) de leite
      4 colheres (sopa) de manteiga


      Modo de Preparo

      Massa: em uma tigela, misture todos os ingredientes da massa, deixando o fermento por último. Untar e enfarinhar uma forma de bolo tradução, despejar a massa e levar ao forno-médio a 180 ° C por aproximadamente 20 minutos.
      Depois de assado e frio, corte o pão de mel em três fatias iguais no sentido do comprimento. Forre com filme plástico o fundo e as laterais da mesma forma utilizada. Coloque uma fatia de pão de mel, Distribua uma parte do sorvete de creme e coloque outra fatia de bolo. Coloque mais uma camada de sorvete e termine com uma fatia restante do bolo. Leve para gelar.
      Cobertura: derreta em banho-maria, o chocolate, a manteiga, o sal eo leite. Misture bem. Cubra o pão de mel com o chocolate e leve à geladeira.

  10. Milk pudding recipe

    3 eggs
    1 can of condensed milk
    1 can of milk
    Blend it all in a blender and cook in a bain-marie.
    And put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours

    1) "1 can of milk" means after you pour out the condensed milk you use the empty can to measure how much regular milk you put in.

  11. Corn Cake

    Ingredients:

    1 can of corn
    1 can of condensed milk
    3 eggs
    1 cup of oil
    1 pinch of salt
    1 soup spoon of yeast
    1 cup of corn flakes.

    preparation:

    Ingredients:

    way of doing:

  13. Passion Fruit Mousse

    2 passion fruit juice
    1 can cream
    1lata condensed milk
    2 egg
    1 unflavored gelatin


    Beat the passion fruit with a little water, to give-1 can measure suco.Acrecente the cream and milk condensado.Bata everything in liquidificador.Coloque in a refractory form and pour the egg, batter whites, mixing well . refrigerate until hardened.
